CLASSES WITH ANNETTE COURTENAGE

Annette is a licensed Nia White Belt teacher who has been practising Nia for over 15years. She qualified as a Nia teacher in April 2010 as she wanted to share the ‘Joy of Movement’ that she had found in Nia.

Annette has also taught seated and adapted Nia sessions to adults with physical disabilities which range from MS, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy and accident / injury related disabilities at a day centre in Wivelsfield Green, Mid Sussex.

Annette is passionate about Nia and believes that it can be adapted for everyone, even people with limited movement.
